Throughout my senior year, I’ll be working on a capstone project on a topic of my choosing. My project is about the connection between culture and language, with a focus on how the exchanging of culture is reflected in the respective languages. I’ll also look at how this phenomenon connects to the modern concept of “TV accent”. I’m currently in the researching phase, but by the end of the year, I’ll be able to showcase my work in the form of a research paper and two other products.
